Located between Vosges square and Bastille, 4th arrondissement of Paris, this gorgeous 60m2 duplex can accommodate up to 6 people. Pass through le main building and the yard, and you’ll find a small house where a tranquil environment is sure to bring out your peaceful side
The living room
The combination living-dining room (3rd floor) has a pull out couch, and a table that can receive as many as 6 people. This room of the duplex is air-conditioned (the wood stove is out of order)
The kitchen
The separate kitchen is entirely equipped
Entrance
The apartment is on the third and fourth floor of house. (elevator untill 2nd floor) The previous owner privatized the common areas. The entrance is on the 2nd floor
The bedrooms (4th floor)
The first room is also a common living space that leads to the second room, the bathroom, and the mezzanine office. It is composed of two pull out beds, each transformable into a single bed.
2nd Bedroom
The more intimate second bedroom has a double bed with a 140x190 latex mattress and a very big laundry cupboard.
The bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with therapeutic tub, a towel rack, a sink, a toilet, and washer
The office
The office is located in the mezzanine under the 5.2meter roof, with an electric skylight. There is also a high-speed wireless internet connection
At your arrival, a person will be there to welcome you and provide you with the keys and all the necessary information you will need during your stay.
